Paulus was appointed Commissioner and CEO of the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) of Papua New Guinea on 5 May 2015. He was formerly with the ICCC as one of its pioneer employees, and held various senior positions. He recently held the position of executive manager for the Regulated Industries Division, before he left in 2013. Paulus obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Papua New Guinea. A national of Indonesia, he graduated with a master of laws (LLM) degree from Queen Mary College of University of London under the British Chevening scholarship, and obtained bachelor of laws (LLB) from the University of Indonesia. Susil was appointed CEO of the PNG Institute of Banking and Business Management (IBBM) in January 2023. IBBM operates as a training hub, with a management college that offers masters, degrees, diploma programs as well as corporate training programs for industry. It also operates an Enterprise Centre that works with local PNG suppliers to assist them build capacity to scale and grow their businesses. His Excellency John Kali CMG OBE was appointed as PNG High Commissioner to Australia in December 2017, having served in the public service for almost four decades. Prior to his appointment as High Commissioner, Mr Kali was the longest serving Departmental Secretary in the PNG Public Service, having served as Secretary for Department of Personnel Management for more than a decade.
