Susil was appointed CEO of the PNG Institute of Banking and Business Management (IBBM) in January 2023.
IBBM operates as a training hub, with a management college that offers masters, degrees, diploma programs as well as corporate training programs for industry. It also operates an Enterprise Centre that works with local PNG suppliers to assist them build capacity to scale and grow their businesses.
