ABOUT
Sean is a professional engineer with over two decades of experience working in renewable energy, climate policy and international development. At the International Finance Corporation (IFC), his work focuses on upstream initiatives (including the ESMAP-IFC Offshore Wind Development Program, Scaling Wind and Power2Mines) as well as technical support for IFC’s investments in utility-scale wind projects.
Prior to joining the IFC, Sean served as Vice President (Policy) for the Canadian Wind Energy Association. He was responsible for federal and provincial policy development within CanWEA, guiding a staff of professionals on political advocacy and public engagement campaigns to promote sustainable wind industry development.
