ABOUT
Paulus was appointed Commissioner and CEO of the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) of Papua New Guinea on 5 May 2015. He was formerly with the ICCC as one of its pioneer employees, and held various senior positions.
He recently held the position of executive manager for the Regulated Industries Division, before he left in 2013.
Paulus obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Papua New Guinea. Prior to his appointment as the Commissioner and CEO of the ICCC, Mr Ain was engaged with Telikom PNG Limited after he left the ICCC in 2013.
