ABOUT
Isikeli is CEO of Turra Limited, a newly-established EPC entity jointly owned by two of PNG’s most established landowner companies, Hides Gas Development Corporation and Laba Holdings Limited.
Prior to joining Turra, he was CEO of Laba Holdings and, prior to that, Managing Director of Kumul Consolidated Holdings, the shareholder and trustee of PNG’s state-owned enterprises.
One of PNG’s most experienced and respected executives, Isikeli has extensive experience in the resources sector, having held management and board positions with Newcrest Mining PNG, InterOil Corporation and several Chevron Corporation businesses in PNG, Australia and south-east Asia .
He is former Chairman of PNG’s second-largest bank, Kina Bank. During his tenure, he led the bank in acquiring ANZ Bank retail business in PNG.
He has also held senior executive roles then Post & Telecommunications Corporation, merchant bank Resources and Investment Finance Limited (RIFL), as well as management roles at National Australia Bank (NAB) and Bank of South Pacific.
Isikeli is a founding member of the PNG Institute of Directors and founder of the first three privately-owned commercial radio stations in PNG – Nau FM, Yumi FM and FM Central.
