ABOUT
Anthony Maxwell has over 25 years’ experience in design and finance of infrastructure projects in over 20 countries in the Asia Pacific region.
He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (Australia) and spent 10 years as a consulting engineer in Australia and South-East Asia, followed by 14 years with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) designing and financing infrastructure investments in Central Asia, East Asia and the Pacific regions.
Anthony joined the Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific (AIFFP) within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at its inception in 2019 and is currently an Investment Advisor and Energy Sector Lead, where he oversees sovereign investments across the Pacific region. He has been involved in infrastructure development in Papua New Guinea for over 12 years.
